Payments and Refunds

Be Nipoona offers online assessment packages and optional Detailed Learning Reports. Please review the selected package before making payment. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable once payment is completed and access to the purchased digital services has been activated.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided for unused or partially used assessments, assessment scores, or changes in personal plans.

Payment or Technical Issues

If you experience a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, or difficulty accessing a purchased service, please contact us. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
